TeeClap provides EASY RETURNS of products within 7 days if wrong colour / size or defected delivered to you but have to notify within 48 hours after the product delivery.
- All goods must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Our customer care executives always verify each and every order regarding size and colour before dispatching it for delivery. So after delivery no return and exchange request will be entertained in case if size and colour issue.
- Returns and Exchanges only possible if the wrong colour/ size or defected product is delivered to you.
- To give better shopping experience to Client if we accept your request of an exchange against size issue, Client has to send goods from his hand and have to bare the shipping charges as we don’t have reverse pick up facility
- There is no Returns or Exchanges for queries such as clients didn’t like the quality of the product and print as we use the upmost quality of stock that is 180 gsm bio washed materials for our products.
- To schedule an exchange, please drop us a mail to email@example.com with your Order ID.
- After we receive your request we'll need 2 days to validate and resolve the issue. Post validation you need to send the product back to us as we do not have reverse pick up facility
